All the bunkers were wet dirt and made it impossible to play a normal shot from them. Need sand! Also their is no food or drinks available in the pro shop or clubhouse on Sunday early. The drink cart showed up about 3 hours into our round. Greens rolled okay even with the imperfect look to them. Had decent lies most the day so fairways were playable. Okay value with a few holes with nice views of the bay.
