Very good course for the money. The course has been working on greens and fairways the past couple weeks and they are coming back into shape..
Have always had friendly staff and pace of play was excellent today with 8 am tee time

I play this course probably 2 times per month. Course has been in good shape and service has always been very good.

Overall course is ok but has a lot of competition in the area. I live in Miramar Beach and I play once per week on area courses. If I were to just play by myself without having my wife join me then the price at Seascape would be good but charging for the rider makes the price the same as some of the better courses in the area. This is the only course where I've been charged for my wife to ride along. I think this policy should be reviewed as I think it hurts their business especially with locals. Other than that the greens have improved since the fall and it is a fun course to play.
