Once again, we spent all day waiting for a very slow threesome ahead of us. Because of the very slow play, we ended up as a fivesome and still waited! The threesome didn’t have to wait all day. Pathetic.

There was a foursome holding up a lot of groups for numerous holes. After 11 holes and experiencing four groups on holes 10 and 11, my golf partner and I called it a day. We decided to take a route forward and found the culprits. Nearly two holes clear ahead of them and backed behind them. No marshall on this course so it’s a matter of luck.

Our threesome finished in three and a half hours. A few of the greens and fairways have suffered from the winter cold and rain. Overall, the course is in good shape.

Played here with friends from Temecula and two of them played here for the first time. The course has taken a beating from the cold, rain and popularity (usually crowded). Greens need some repair but they still hold very well.
The layout is very good and the rates draw crowds. With new ownership, work has already begun on the tee boxes. Hoping the snack shop is transformed into a decent sit- down restaurant and bar.

It’s a bargain so it was fairly crowded. 4 hrs and 40 minutes. Front nine is in better shape .

The fairways were dry today so there was a lot of roll. The greens are still pretty soft. Pace was better than normal but the threesome in front of us could no longer be tolerated so our foursome skipped the 15th hole. Huge gap ahead of the three snails.

Very crowded today and a big frost delay caused a delay in tee times waiting for carts to come in. The staff tried hard to get everyone out but quite of few fell short of 18 holes. Fortunately, my foursome got all the way through despite some agonizingly slow play. Fairways and tee boxes need work but the greens are in great shape. Nice views of surrounding hills and mountains. The course runs through a great 55+ community with very nice homes.

This course has a nice layout and the greens are quick. Fairways are feeling the extreme colds n the early mornings.
Pace is always bad but n the winter and. This year is no exception. Likely fewer snowbirds with Covid but very popular these days anyway.

When I make my reservations, the rounds go to my calendar automatically. Although I had a tee time for today on Monday, my automatic calendar failed me a put it down for tomorrow!
Dang! Love this course, too!

Despite being a windy day, the course is in great shape and one of the best in SoCal. Carts have to be in by 4:30 due to short days. Should not have been an issue for our $68 Hot Deal as we had a 12:10 tee time.

HOWEVER, a large contingent of young and talented golfers were on the course practicing for a tournament scheduled for the following day. They were exceedingly slow making 18 holes impossible to play in fours hours and twenty minutes.

The practice round golfers remained on each green putting for several minutes after finishing each hole. They were in no hurry getting off the greens talking with each other at the greens after lots of extra putts.

We couldn’t play the back nine as the front took three hours! We were allowed to play the front nine again and still had to skip holes to get the carts back in on time.

Rip off and the course and Golf Now should have had that info on the webpage before posting a $68 Hot Deal.

This course is very popular. It’s a very nice course with excellent greens and an outstanding staff. The fairways are spotty but the greens are excellent. Nice layout but slow pace due to the popularity. Still a great value.

Redhawk has a great layout with many challenging holes. Unfortunately, only the back nine was open today. A few greens need some work.

The fairways are in great shape at Seven Hills. The greens were punched recently and roll nicely but a couple of greens have patches of diseased grass.

Played in the afternoon and it was uncrowded. Played through a walking twosome and if the round in less than three hours.

I play here every visit.. A little pricey but worth it. Always in great shape. Excellent staff. During non-Covid, the restaurant is a great place to eat any meal. Hopefully in the spring on my next visit, the pandemic will be over.

Lakeridge is in great shape. Lots of greenery and the greens are fast and true.,

I like Seven Hills and have been playing here for years. But, today was disconcerting. There were three singles with reservations on GOLFNOW.com and the young man at the pro shop NOT wearing a mask said that two of the three had to share a cart. Literally, no one else was on the course and numerous carts were lined up. But, he said that we had to share a cart despite the fact that none of us lived in the same household. He said we could get one cart per golfer for another $15. I indicated that the golf now reservation stated golf and cart included. I ended up sharing a cart with another single. If I get Covid, GolfNow.com and Seven Hills will be hearing from me. A lot!

A bit higher elevation than the rest of St. George and a nice breeze provided some relief from the heat and humidity. The Ledges is a beautiful golf course with great scenery especially on the back nine.

The condition of the fairways and greens was outstanding. Generous fairways and uncrowded on a Sunday made for an enjoyable day. A very friendly staff accommodated an early arrival and we got onto the first tee right away.

Very hot day so far payed this par 60 course in 2.5 hours. Nice layout. Because of the heat, irrigation was on a lot making wetter greens a bit slower than dry ones. Despite the heat, it was an enjoyable round.

Due to Covid, each of us had our own cart. We play very ready golf and don’t go through gyrations like we’re competing for a green jacket..

We completed 18 holes in about two and a half hours. We would have easily finished in under two hours in 105-degree heat but for a threesome on the 16th tee that likely tees off two hours before us. They looked like a Bernie in the movie Weekend at Bernie’s.

Nonetheless, the course is in excellent condition and teeing off near noon after the morning rush left it wide open for 15 holes.
