Parking is a Huuuuge hassle.. both coming and going.
Golf course staff is very good and friendly. Golf course is in excellent condition. Greens are like putting on a pool table. Smooth and true.
No Bar at the course fo after-beers. have to schlump over to the pool bar. By the way the draft beers were NOT cold( and they were $10 each).
All of that said, I'm really on the fence about this course. Probably will think twice before booking her again. My buddy's say they wont go back... Ehhhh do the need locals? Ptobably not.

I know this course gets alot of play. All the more reason to emphasize the need for filling divots and repairing. After leaving the 1st tee I discovered the sandbox on cart was missing sand. I enede up waiting until I made the turn to get a new cart. It seems to me a public course should make the effort to EDUCATE the everyday player about these important responsibilities to the course and the game.... P.S. Raking traps are part of this too!

when you're willing to ,ake a tee time before 7 AM. Your expectation is that you will be playing with like minded people that are willing to give up sleep to avoid the duffers. I guess in the interest of making a buck, OCN sent off a group outing on the back nine. Of course we caught up to this bunch who had no clue. So bad that we ended up with 4 groups on one hole. One of the groups called the pro shop.... a ranger showed up and said the idiot management did this to make some coin. He went on to tell us there was nothin he could do about it... NICE. So here my advice to you early risers.... Call the pro shop BEFORE you WASTE YOU MONEY and get up to play at OCN. The only way we make stupidity in management stop stuff like this is to make it painful for them. S o it up to everyone to Gripe, Post bad reviews, etc... Go ahead and play somewhere else and let the live of or tourist ... Locals dont need BULL like this.

Greens and fairways are improving. Very disappointed to see so many bunkers being seeded with grass. Dumbing down the course by making it cheaper to maintain is understandable, not the answer to success though. What used to be one of Orlando best layouts (to the eye) is being ravaged senselessly by new management/ownership. Oh well at least I played it back when it was what the designer intended. I will not be returning...to this future goat ranch.
