They have recently replaced the greens and several are struggling to grow in few spots, however the course has a good layout.

The clubhouse and staff were great.
The tee boxes and fairways were great.

Here are my issues. The greens were a mess. I mean just awful. Multiple grasses growing and burnt spots everywhere. Apparently the locals and others don't understand repairing divot marks.
Having never played this course I would like some kind of description of the hole somewhere. The scorecards have no picture, the tee boxes have no picture. There is no way to know where the hole goes or what is out there. I do not use GPS, I use course marking for distance, the marks are in the fairways but you have no idea where trouble is or how long you can hit it. The course is full of doglegs and with out any description it is very frustrating.
The course has the potential to be great but the green is where you score and they are just terrible.
I would love the course if they spent some of the money they charge on the greens. I have played 15 dollar municiples with better greens.

Overall a good course in pretty good condition. The tee boxes are a little dry. There are some invasive grasses in the fringe. Unfortunatly people who play don't know how to repair divots but that is everywhere. Most of the water coolers were empty which is tough on a 97 degree day.
