I thought the layout was quite good with smart bunkering/hazards and a good mix of long/short, and straight/dogleg holes. The greens were is very good shape. It's midway in terms of proximity off-island, so easy to get to. The biggest issue I would have was with the condition. Other than the greens everything was in tough shape. To be a 'Palmer-worthy' course they really need to do a better job especially on the tee decks and fairways. For the money it was a decent deal but would rather pay a little more to get a little more...
