Greens and tees were in great shape. Nice layout, challenging, but not ridiculous. Course was in great shape for this time of year.
Bear Creek Golf Complex - Bear Course

Bear Creek is a fair layout with some difficult holes mixed in with some easy ones. Course was in pretty good shape. Greens were a little bumpy but rolled at a good pace and held well. Good value course.
ASU Karsten Golf Course

Karsten is a great golf course. Pace of play was decent. The course was in really great shape for the summer time.
San Tan Highlands

The course was a little burnt out and bald in some spots. Tees and greens for the most part were in decent shape. Good value if you can get on cheap. Nice layout and respectable length. I would play again if the price was right. Typical summer conditions for Phoenix area courses.
Red Mountain Ranch Country Club

Course was in very poor condition. Fairways were burnt out and the greens were patchy and bumpy. Don't waste your time here when you can play anywhere in Phoenix for about $20.
Aguila Nine Golf Course

Great conditions for a muni track. Greens/fairways were in fantastic shape. Pace was a little slow, but expected on a Saturday morning. Overall excellent experience.
Power Ranch Golf Club

Course was in great shape. Pace of play was better than usual, played in just over 4 hours with minimal waiting.
