Usually in good shape. Not really much in the way of signature holes but overall a good layout. Usually good deals in the pro shop. Nice clubhouse, aged a bit, still serviceable and clean.

Course is in great condition, hats off to the maintenance staff. Resort course with larger than desert courses usually provide. Greens have subtle undulations . Course lacks a signature hole and par 3s lack any real excitement. March is expensive throughout the valley.

As an out of towner, have played this course twice with two totally different experiences. Even during weekdays if you tee off after noon you are in for a long day. First time I played had a 12:30 tee and the round took 4::45-5 hrs, was dreadful. Second time teed at 10::30 and played in less than 4 hours, delightful. Saving money on a later time is not worth the frustration of glacier like afternoon speed of play.

Older course with little in the way of a signature hole. Pace of play was a bit over 4 hours. Fairways are good, greens ok and tee boxes ok. Bar and grilll is good especially if you hit happy hour. In the Clearwater Beach area this is a 3.5 on scale of 5.

Course has some length and greens are fast but mostly fair. Not much in the way of signature holes but shouldn’t lose many golf balls there. Pro shop is nicely stocked and often have some good sales. Good dining area. Cart lady was nice and made several rounds of the course.

Booked a 10:07 tee time, arrived at the. course and was greeted by cart person with “are you here to play in the member/guest event.” Shared I was not and was told the course was closed for the member/guest tourney. At than point I looked at my confirmation from GN and realized I SCREWED UP AND HAD RESERVED A TEE TIME FOR 10/28 NOT 10/21, ever happen to you? I went in to talk with the Pro admitted the screw up was totally mine and he said the tourney did not start until 1pm and got me a cart and said I may be able to get in 18 before the event. I played as a single and with few other golfers on the course easily finished ahead of the event. Appreciate so much the Pro, sorry I did not get his name, letting me get in a quick round.

Eagle Creek is mostly wide open without significant character until you get to the last two holes. The pace of play clogged up the day I played and there was no player assistance. Overall the course is good condition including the bunkers. The food and beverage operation is convenient. After your round there is a comfortable area on the second floor of the clubhouse overlooking the course, a nice amenity. Most courses in the Orlando area are wide open and Eagle Creek is one of the best values.

The Oaks is on the comeback after years of sliding. Hope Jimmy Buffet has a heart for golfers. Course conditions are much improved and the layout has always been good. We had severe slow play ahead of us on the back 9 and that sucked the fun out of the experiment. Pro shop and concession area are much improved. Let’s hope the course gets back to its full potential.

Hats off to the maintenance staff, greens and fairways really nice. Several goofy, close to unfair holes. Number 1 green requires Phil like spin to hold. Number 11 should come with instruction book. Number 14, very unforgiving,, 15 green just silly. Final hole is a good finisher. Does have one of the best practice facilities in the metro. Cart paths will shake your innerds. Worth the $25 I paid but not more.

Course was in good shape kudos to the supt. Play slowed up on back side not much marshaling. Some interesting and tough holes, course runs thru a housing development but was not overly tight.

Greens were strong suit of course. Fun course but not the most interesting. Staff was great, pace of play Monday afternoon was fast. Good value. Course runs through a neighborhood and is pretty flat not much in the way of signature holes.

Started off behind an event so was slow off the first tee but that was to conclude after 6 holes. Then we found we were behind a 5-some playing from multiple tee boxes so the play was slow. Liked the very fast but fair greens and the course layout. Staff was very helpful, I lost a towel and even though I did not find it they were helpful .!!would play again.

First need gps to find the course. It is a premier track just disappointed the noon on time was so slow, 5 hrs is too long to play. Beverage staff was great, did not see a ranger the entire 18 holes. Had a couple of holes with four groups on hole. Speeding up play would make the course much more enjoyable.

Enjoy this course and great variety on hole layouts. Need help with speed of play, only downside of my round.

Great course, very well maintained, greens among the best I have played and each hole is interesting. GPS, ball and club washers on the carts, tap beer and a stronger food menu would make this a premier course.

Nice course, helps to play with someone who has played the course cause position is critical. They encourage a 4 hr round but not enforced. If u spray the ball u will not enjoy any of the 9's.

Nice course, hats off to the supt, price is a bit stiff, replay for 9 close to absurd.

Iron Horse is best when not played soon after rain as the course retains water and can be soppy. Enjoy the lay out and the course and homes is not generally an issue. Restaurant is top notch and the F&B staff is wonderful.

Got a great deal on the course, staff was friendly from the check in to cart girl and starter. Mid day mid week 4.5 hour pace of pay is their goal, think they could step that up a bit bit it was overall a good experience. Enjoyed the parachutes overhead, looked like they were having a blast. Enjoyed the Good Head beer, makes for a good photo opp for your buddies.

Paiute is off the beaten path of Vegas but worth the trip. It is a links style course and I got to play with only a mild breeze, windy days would totally change the course dynamics. Good practice facilities and pace of play. Loved getting away to a course with no housing surrounding it, always a bonus treat. Greens are slick but fair. One of the best courses, especially for the price, I have experienced in Vegas.
