Have played this course for years and continue to be amazed at the decline. The greens have not been properly cared for and the pace of play had three foursomes backed up to the hitting foursome On a par 3. Love the course for years but it's subpar now.

My wife loves to play this course to get warmed up for others. If you are looking for a quick 9 hole warm-up course in the Tempe area this will work. not a lot of sand or water.

This was my first time playing this course. I had seen it from the street and decided to give it a try. This is a course that could be very good if three was more investment back into the course and management was interested in increasing the quality level.
