Pine - potentially great

Palm Vs Pine - have played both and Palm was in better condition. May be simply due to the golfers who play the course. More ball marks on greens not repaired on Pine. Pace of play disappointing as the group ahead seemed more interested in socializing. Tee'd of at 9:36am finished at 3:00pm. Took full 20 min to finish #18 as we waited for group ahead to complete the hole!
Pine track felt less challenging than Palm. Still had many water hazards and fairway bunkers that affect the average golfer.
Nice pro shop, good service. Restaurant service was slow, food good.
I like the practice facilities and location of the courses in Scottsdale.
Will return but will select the Palm course.

Excellent golf after storm

The more I play the course the more I like it!
Greens and fairways in good shape. A few dead spots.
Maintenance crew removed damaged trees and debris after significant storm on 22/3.
Round played to 4h compared to typical ~5h round. Pace was good.
Wife was disappointed in food items available at clubhouse. I'm about the golf, food not significant impact on my day.
Good value for $.

Record temps didn't dissuade us.
Played Blue/White, t times 9:45, 9:54. I booked for 6 golfers.
Pace was slower than we are used to but the course was in excellent shape. Greens were true, dead patches nonexistent, first cut of rough fair.
We played with a gentleman who had some course knowledge which made the round even sweeter. Got to play the 3 wood off the tee or you are in the water!
Didn't enter the clubhouse except to pay for the round. $85.00 per golfer per 18 was fine.
Will return to the course.

Thank you for your review. I am so glad you enjoyed your round with us. I am curious, we have a time par of 4 hours and 10 minutes. When I looked at the tee sheet for that day, we were on that pace at your tee time. Is the information we are provided incorrect?

Biltmore Adobe - at 94F

T-time was 1:37.
Temp was 94F.
Rain earlier in the month made conditions excellent.
Played with friends down from Alberta, they commented that it was a great first round for their week in the valley.
Fairways were cut appropriately and 1st cut of rough was longer but not overwhelming.
Greens were in good shape, despite previous players not fixing ball marks. Didn't notice any dead spots on the course.
Beer cart made the rounds yet we stuck with water or Tonic the course provided.
The group had lunch in the restaurant and felt it was more than adequate.
Golf carts were well powered and didn't run into problems with the GPS ie dead zones.
I've played the Links course previously and enjoyed it as well.
