Excellent course conditions! Immaculate greens!
Lincoln Hills could take notes on these conditions...
As they have two really nice 18’s... but conditions are really bad overall.

Not a bad layout, with possible exception of many large dead looking trees that overhang on fairway shots.

Blind shots to number of greens are a challenge.

Fairways and roughs had a lot of slick spots of muddy

One of the best semi private courses in the area.
Always perfectly maintained and attended to.
Marshaled for pace of play most of the time.
More challenging than it appears....but fair for good shots. Greens are excellent.....bring your putting skills with you. Nice layout, no two holes are the same.
Good value overall. 4 T Boxes and Combo play on card....good variety choices for your game.

Play there a lot on both the courses ( East and West) This last time was the first time I experienced a big delay on my tee time ! Had 1pm tee time, got off starting on back 9 at 2pm due to a Tournament that ran late from the morning. Had to wait 30 minutes to get my cart !

Good local muni' with 2 course choices. Usually plays in less than 4 hours most days. Flat area, but has some good target shot holes and reasonable length from mid tee's. Find the greens to be above average for a muni' course, and a challenge to putt on most holes. You can let the driver go on this wide fairway course without too much trouble. Good play for the low muni' costs.
