I have played two Phoenix city courses, cave creek and aguila. Both courses were fun and had good layouts. BUT, they were both over five hour rounds. I don't know if they are trying to jam too many people in, but it's way too slow! There are too many options when I'm visiting the Phoenix area to recommend them.

Extremely slow golf. Waited on every hole. The guys I met were great, and we wondered where beverage cart was. Didn't show up until ninth hole. They were extremely unfriendly and said this was last time we would see them. Over 2 and a half hours for first nine. Saw the ranger on 16 and he said he told groups ahead to pick it up. I told him he should have done that on third hole. He asked if this was the first time I had played here. I told him it was my first and last time I would play there. He them said on Thursday there was an early men's league and that slowed everything down. It would have been nice to know that before I made tee time. That is on you GOLFNOW!
