Course would be great with some water. Fairways and greens were hard and dry. Very little grass in the rough. Could be a great place to play with some TLC. Play was slow and no marshals to get the players moving

I had a good time for a great price. The fairways and greens were in great condition but the other areas were dry and hard packed with little to no grass. I am sure i'll be back again.
