I saw many poor reviews for tis course prior to playing. There were a few bad fairways on the back nine, but nothing to complain about for this time of year in Florida. Staff was great, pro shop asked if this was my first time visiting and gave me a guide book. Starter made sure everyone was on time and a ranger was present to keep things moving. 4 hour round. One problem was the beverage cart, only saw it on the 2nd hole and again when I was leaving. It is 70 miles from where I play and was worth the trip.

Pace of play gets terribly slow. Usually one group messes it up for everyone. Need to have course ranger.
Greens were good, but fairways will only get worse this time of year without seeding with winter rye.

Classic design, elevated greens.
Older gentlemen working the carts very surly.
Inside staff great.

Former sandtraps have been made into turf bunkers. No drinking water on course. No cart service.
