I have played this course for 25 years and it has always been one of the better courses in the Phoenix area.
There is alot of construction going on within the course Driving range CLOSED. Putting greens CLOSED. Fairways and greens dried up along with having to dodge mud when you get out of the cart at the green. The outside perimiter 3 feet of the greens all brown.
This was a horrible experience.
I wonder if Phil Michelson has seen the course in this condition since he now owns it.

Thank you for taking the time to write your review BimErnst. I apologize that your expectation was not met. We are going through a full course irrigation renovation and the driving range is closed for renovating/reshaping as well. During this time some of the playing surfaces will be extremely wet as we need to turn off the irrigation system when work is performed on specific holes. After that is completed, we need to be very aggressive on the watering to make sure the grass returns to its normal playing conditions.
I noticed you played on August 21st. All our tee times were made aware of these situations when the tee time was made (Either online or over the phone). Then we mention it at check-in as well. Was that message not conveyed to you when you made the tee time?
