This course is what it is. A lot of dirt on the edges that probably could be grass with a little more effort. For a quick cheap round it works.

The biggest issue is that they are militant about outside alcohol. I know, it’s not allowed but everybody does it. The drink person knows not to ask why you only need a cup of ice. I read reviews that they were all over outside alcohol but I figured the other people were abusing the unwritten rules. We were forced to dump the one beer we had in our bag even as we were attempting to buy more from the cart person. I found this ridiculous. I play a lot of golf and have never been given grief about bending this rule a little. Anyway, it’s annoying. Be on the lookout if you play here.

Course came back really nice from overseed, greens repaired nicely since summer. No pace of play issues for a Monday am. 90 deg rule in effect but probably ending soon enough.

Great price and course for a summer round. Greens and bunkers were in good shape. The course is a little tight on a couple holes where greens and tee boxes are close to each other.

Course was really fun. Great price for the summer, we had no pressure from behind and no waiting on people in front. Bunkers were under repair but suspect they are going to be real nice when done. On the day I played here was no beverage cart but then again it was not busy at all that day.

Played the palms some brown areas on fairways to be expected in summer, greens nice and big targets but some rolls to them to keep them interesting. Nice sand in bunkers(unfortunately experienced first hand) good putting, chipping, sand trap practice areas. Enjoyed the course.

This was a great course last time I played it with beautiful views and a nice layout. The course has unfortunately had some watering problems with whole sections of Fairway that are in need of sod or have dead sod. The greens are aerated and very choppy and unpredictable at times. Hopefully will be better in the future but for now would recommend calling to ask about conditions before playing.
