As you get into the summertime in Arizona golf courses tend to scale back their amenities not Westbrook Lake Vista’s everything was in perfect condition all the water fountains worked the greens and fairways were all in great shape and the staff are all very friendly and courteous

We play at many different courses typically twice per week. The staff were nonexistent. Our tee time was 1:52. There was a wait at the first hole. As we continued the wait grew longer. By the third hole there were two groups ahead of us waiting and a group coming up right behind us. It took until 4:20 just to get to the 8th hole and there were now 4 groups waiting at the hole and 2 groups behind us. We called the pro shop. They didn't really care After the ninth hole we decided to do the front nine again. It was almost 5:00 so we figured there shouldn't be that much of a wait. There was just one group in front of us so we stuck it out and finished up around 6:45.

We showed up for our tee time about 10 minutes early, got our cart and were on the 1st hole on time. The range master wanted us to switch places with another group. We explained that we are quick golfers, already set up to start and did not want to switch. He spent 15 minutes going back and forth between the 2 groups, which we thought was weird because both groups were fine with where we were. Despite both of our groups starting 15 minutes late, we all caught up to the group that was ahead of us. They were so slow it was taking roughly 20 minutes per hole. When we called the range master he said they were on schedule. From start to finish it took the other group 5 1/2 hours for 18 holes and the range master still insisted that was normal. It ruined our plans for the day. We had reservations elsewhere we had to cancel. The manager was not helpful or apologetic.
