The starter got our foursome out early so we were anticipating an early finish, but it was not to be. The foursome ahead of us was drinking and the marshal came by on hole 15 to check a complaint from behind us. We weren't being pushed and were keeping up so we let it slide even though tree were two open holes ahead of the offending group. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Great course that be set up to provide a variety of challenges to the golfer who plays the course regularly. The staff was great. There were several wet areas on the course and the fairways were not completely recovered from the winter and appeared partially dormant. I will play this course again. It's one my favorites in the KC area.

Our twosome was paired with a local twosome. We played 10 to 19 eighteen hole round from the Emerald tees based on the local's recommendation. It was fine for holes 10-18, but the last nine was longer. Several 400+ yard par fours. One was 441 yards. For those of us in our mid-60's, that's a bit long. Next time we'll move up. Course was in excellent shape and staff was extremely friendly and accommodating . Even though the course winds through a nice residential area, the homes were well away from the course.

Beautiful day. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our twosome was paired with a single who's played the Palms eighteen often. Local knowledge was helpful even with the GPS provided. Greens were hard and fast, but held with backspin.

Fairly challenging for first timers. Many blind shots, longish carries to landing areas. Most misses are unplayable due to steep and brushy terrain. I would play it again. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Played with my wife. Very friendly from the front tees. She enjoyed the course very much. I played the combination (Blue/.White) tees. Course was fair. I didn't play well. Greens were quick and challenging. The course was very well maintained and staff were very friendly and accommodating. We were able to take advantage of a special tee time price, saving over half the normal green fee.

We felt like the only twosome on the course. Well maintained with very nice vistas on some holes. Greens were true and relatively fast for February. As the sun got higher (8:00 a.m. tee time) the greens became faster. Traps were well placed and groomed. I would recommend it.

Played as a foursome with two couples. Good pace, but waited on every hole on the front. Very enjoyable for all.

Course was in great shape with GUR marked clearly.
