1st time playing since I moved from FL 8 months ago. No driving available. Putting green is available. Front 9 is fairly wide open and flat. I needed this to warm up and get my confidence back. The back nine is much more narrow, pleasing to the eye, and full of elevation changes which hide a few obstacles. The ball was above or below my feet the entire back 9. For $15 this is exactly what I was looking for to knock off the rust. I will try to conquer this course again in the near future.

Range has nice artificial mat and max yardage of 225 so no warming up the driver. Course has came back nicely from seasonal airation. Give yourself some time to drive to course from front gate. 25 mph and it's back there! Alligators were of plenty and one par 3 had a eagle eye hole in one registry with camera for cash prizes. 1st time seeing that. Would live to play again now that I know where the bunkers and water are. Scorecard map keeps these hazards a secret.

Elevation changes, slanted fairways, hidden creeks of hazard, wildlife, and it's in great shape. No water hazards besides the dried up creeks. Beautiful course. I hope they can keep up the great work. Not much traffic out there. Course was all to ourselves.

Most of the greens are in great shape except for a couple that they always have had trouble with. I played from the whites instead of the blues this time since I was paired up with some of the older gentlemen. Still presented challenges with playing conservative or taking the aggressive line. Plenty of sand with a few areas of water. Place your orders for food on the tee box of hole 7 if you want something cooked and ready by the turn. The bar area keeps busy between 11-1 (lunch hours) with little staffing.

Conditions we good as usual. Greens were plugged a few weeks ago, looking and rolling really nice. My consistent problems with this course is the pace of play and it's always windy. Practice green is consistent with course greens which I believe is hard to find. Always cool to see local PGA player Ted Potter Jr. playing too.

The club house and restaurants were the best experience on this day. Practice green is under full reconstruction. Course was in good shape. The greens on the other hand were filling in two weeks after being plugged. 60 percent of the greens were in good looking shape. The other 40 percent were in bad to horrible condition. Winter time is the best season for this course. If you have the mens league playing behind you (in private owned carts) just let them play through. We let 4 groups of 3 play through in about 15 minutes. They play from the senior/ladies tees. Very quick and thankful they were.
