Been playing here for 13 years now
Course needs a lot of work. Tee boxes, fairways, and greens all in poor shape.
I do love the layout. Fun course. Challenging.
Service generally pretty friendly.
I’ll keep coming back but disappointed with upkeep currently. Other courses in the area are in much better shape this season.

Can’t necessarily control pace of play, but it was awful. Greens in fantastic shape. Love the layout. Fun public course.
Queen's Harbour Yacht & Country Club

Cart ran out of juice. Tee boxes are awful. Greens are slow and inconsistent.
Layout is neat and like the drive around the course. Fairways above average.

Really enjoyed the course. Great condition. Nice range and practice area. A lot better than I expected.
My only knock is everyone working there seemed to be having a bad day. From pro shop, to rangers, cart girl and server for lunch. No one smiled. Everyone was short with us. Just not pleasant. Ranger was constantly on us even though pace of play was absolutely fine. We saw ranger 3x more often than beverage cart. Terrible ratio.
If the staff was friendlier this would be one of my favorite courses in Jax.

This place is always packed. Its a great course, but pace of play has always been terrible.
Omni Amelia Island Resort - Oak Marsh

As usual, the Omni was in pristine condition and made for a great day of golf. Every time I come here I never want to leave. This is hands down my favorite public course in the North Florida area.
Magnolia Point Golf & Country Club
Played On 08/02/2015Course with a lot of potential, but has not been properly maintained
Had a decent deal, $20 and included lunch and drink. The clubhouse was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.
The golf course, overall, was not maintained well. In some cases the fairway was pretty much the rough. The tee boxes were a bit tarnished and in need of repair. The bunkers were essentially concrete. The only consistently well kept part of the course were the greens, they were actually in great shape which is why I'd give 2 stars instead of 1.

One of my favorite courses in the north florida area. Highly recommend it. Requires solid accuracy and iron play.
