Coldwater Golf Club
Played On 06/10/2017Just an ok course
This course had almost no water and fee bunkers which made for a bla day of practice rather than a challenging fun time. The fairways are ok but the greens are like textured carpet and dry which made putting mostly luck and not much els. Pace of play was extremely slow and without a starter Marshall it was confusing when to tee off since we were never called to #1 tee. I probably won't play this course again.
Lookout Mountain Golf Club
Played On 06/03/2016The perfect place to play and relax
This course was so much fun and enjoyable for my wife and I, we will make this our oasis in the desert escape on a regular basis. We played this course once before and we regret not playing it again sooner and more often. The fairways and greens were in great shape and the tee boxes and bunkers on some of the holes made this course an incredibly fun challenge. The views from several of the tee boxes are incredible and make for a really peaceful day of playing golf. Its courses like Look Out Mountain Golf Club that make playing golf so pleasurable peaceful and relaxing. The staff there was completely professional and friendly, it made us feel welcomed. The refreshment cart attendant met us on the course three different times during our game which was great and the snack bar between 9 and 10 was the perfect place to relax and grab some awesome food and take a break. We have made the mistake of playing at miserable places like pueblo el mirage where the course is in miserable condition and the staff there are rude and very unprofessional, which we will never play there ever again and advise others to avoid pueblo el mirage as well, but that makes us appreciate look out mountain that much more. It really was a refreshing and positive experience to play at a course like look out mountain and since we play golf at least twice a week, we will make this place a regular place to play from now on. Thank you.

Coyote Lakes Golf Club
Played On 05/14/2016One of our favorite places...
My wife and I love this course and the staff is so friendly and professional. We find this course so fun and challenging because of the narrow fairways and really cool hills and water hazards. We play this course at least three times a month we love it so much.

Legend at Arrowhead, The
Played On 04/29/2016AWESOME AND REFRESHING WONDERFUL PLACE
My wife and I were so very pleased and reassured that courses like these are what make golf such an enjoyable game after the miserable sickening experience we had at pueblo el mirage golf course where we will never return and encourage others to avoid at all cost.
Arrow Head is such a challenge and so peaceful and the scenery is awesome and the people are so incredibly friendly we will make this course a weekly visit. The fairways were well taken care of and the greens were so smooth and fast and true we were smiling the entire day.
We hit a bucket on the awesome driving range and did some putting practice and really like both the range and practice green a lot.
There were lots of beautiful water hazards and plenty of bunkers to keep us on our toes but it was so much fun trying to avoid them.
My wife needed a new glove and I thought I might as well get one too so I purchased us both one in the pro shop before we played and I accidentally got her a right hand glove. She went back to the pro shop and they exchanged it for a higher quality glove at no extra cost, because they were out of left hand gloves in the brand I first purchased.
Thank you so much Arrow Head, see ya next week.

How much did they pay you to write that comment???
LOL! Just kidding, yeah this course is addicting and it can really punish you for going at the greens with those hazards. Dido on your comment.
Grandview Golf Course at Sun City West
Played On 04/16/2016NOT WORTH THE MONEY
The course was in OK shape and it was challenging and nice scenery, however the people playing there were extremely much older and played very slow and were so rude, it made our experience there one of our worst. the play was so slow we could not enjoy the course at all. I never saw a course marshal so I suppose thats why the extremely slow play. The greens were OK and the fairways as well and the scenery was nice, about an average course however not near as terrible and miserable as pueblo el mirage golf course, the people playing there were so unpleasant or otherwise rude, we will not return to this course to play. The staff seemed either overwhelmed or just too busy to make us feel welcome there. on another note, the chipping area was next to the extremely busy roadway which made it unpleasant to practice chipping.

Wigwam Resort - Gold Course
Played On 04/15/2016Where are the distance markers?
Other than no or non-visible distance markers, the course itself was fun and enjoyable, nice views. The pace of play was very very slow and we couldn't finish our 18. one other thing, why does this course lock the course restrooms at 5:30 pm when there are so many players still out on the course and approximately 2 hours left of light? My wife and I needed the course restrooms twice during play and we had to call the pro shop the first time to come open them and we ended up leaving the course the second time having to use the restrooms at the golf academy building. We may or may not return to play at this course.
