The staff at Dobson Ranch exceeded with their accommodations. The staff canceled my tee time without charging me for it. The staff thought through and put the customer first. I will be back and play here many times over. If they did charge me I would have never gone back

After making my first review it was recognized by one of the staff members at the Tapatio Cliffs Lookout Mountain Golf Course. They reached out to me and apologize for the treatment that I had gotten and the bad luck of getting my car vandalized and attempted theft. The staff member sincerely apologized and asked me what they can do to make things a little better and try to make things right. I accepted their apologies and felt like I needed to make a better review this time. After having the conversation with the staff member I am much more confident and happier to recommend this golf course and hotel to my friends.

On November 3rd 2016 I played a round of golf at 9 a.m. in the morning at Lookout Mountain Golf Course I arrived and parked my car 5 spaces to the South of the clubhouse / restaurant. I had a good round, courses was nice had a good time playing no problems there. But when I arrived to my car there was an attempt of Grand Theft Auto right in front of their faces my Chevy Tahoe was vandalized and the steering column was torn apart obviously someone was trying to steal it. At this time I talk to security. security took down information but could only say I'm sorry that this happened to you I had to deal with police they did not come that day for 3 hours and security did nothing the staff at the golf course did nothing no one cared really no one cared. They did not take accountability or responsibility for any of it. They did not offer me any compensation any Grace's act on their part was never delivered they just completely ignore me and are still ignoring my phone calls. they wouldn't even give me a round of golf for my inconveniences. I do not feel that my vehicle and property are safe since they didn't steal my vehicle they took all my property out of my car. I have called them and left them messages and I have not received any phone calls back completely ignored 2 weeks later still ignored. I feel like I will not go to that Golf Course again and I do not recommend it to anyone for that mere fact of their consideration for me.
