Great course layout. Greens very good condition, fairways good condition. Only issue was some fairways were quite wet in areas, and hasn't rained in a few days. Possibly watering issues. But overall I really like the north course and look forward to playing it often.

Very nice fairways and greens. Greens were fairly fast, running around 10.5 . Nice condition too...except for the inevitable unrepaired ball marks no fault of the course.

As usual (in Canada), there are no water facilities anywhere, scattered portapotties. No beverage cart...bring all your own. But nice layout. Multiple forced carries so be warned. No open spots ahead or behind, some minor waiting, 4.5 hour weekday round.

OK, we had just spent a week at a famous course in Palm Harbor. Conditions there were horrible, and hi dollar to boot! What a surprise this was following that! Fazio is my fav designer to start with. Greens like carpet, what you see you get, no surprises. Fairways also green and full. And the price, $40!!! In relative terms than, the resort we played and stayed should have paid ME to play any of their courses!

Course was in very good conf for dry conditions throughout FL. Greens were yrue, no bs crazy slopes, fairways green, while dry, still normal shots. Staff was outstanding, even walked out to putting green to get me.
Pace of play, I was all alone ahead and behind, as a tourny just ended and no one was going out for sbout an hour. Will def play again, as Course is fun layout without hidden hazards.

All the lower FL courses appear to show the effects of no seasonal rainfall. Here, however, the fairways still have green grass, and the ground is hard and dry. The greens are also green and carpet like, and I suspect they are cut longer than I prefer tp reduce burning. In any case, they ran true but quite slow. The layout is well designed, and was only in 2 traps, which were a little thin, but playable. This could be a 5 star course with normal rainfalls. And lastly, pace of play, 3.5 hours, and only that long because as a lone single with no one ahead or behind, I caught two foursomes by the 9th hole. Could have passed them but declined offers, it was too nice of a day.
