The first 11 holes are quite accessible with a mostly wide open layout then from 12 on it gets tight and challenging but still quite fair. I really liked the back nine. The front nine, not so much. Good greens and nice fairways. Teeny tiny club house.

If you need an escape from wide open Prarie golf, this is the place. The dramatic topography and the tree lined fairways give this course it's character and charm. Very demanding from the tips, so you might want to play it forward, as I will do from now on. A real challenge. Make sure to get a yardage book with hole descriptions. You're gonna need it if it's your first time playing the course. Wouldn't want to walk this beast!

This is a classic golf course. What u see is what u get. Course conditions were great - lush, green, beautiful. This was a totally enjoyable experience. A wonderful day of golf.

This course is among the cornfields of Wisconsin in a little wooded patch with some undulations on the back nine. It's a pleasant little course with nice scenery. Stay below the hole on almost every green as most are sloped back to front. Precision and club selection is much more important than distance. It's not very difficult, just a nice fun golf course

This layout has interest throughout with forced carries and maneuvering through lots of marsh land. Very interesting and challenges you on every shot. Greens are difficult and slick. Keep it straight or you will go through sleeves of balls. A great challenge!

Here is a nice little course that is out in the farmlands of Ill. It has all the challenges you could want but somehow makes for a relaxing round of golf. Great design, good topography, and excellent greens. This is one of the most enjoyable courses in the area. A hidden gem.

Offers a wide variety of holes with hidden hazards lying in wait for stray shots. Very interesting layout. Ran out of real estate on the back nine -15, 16, &17, but a lot of fun and will make you use all your clubs. Fun track.

Beautifully framed golf course with an interesting layout following the natural topography of the of the area. An excellent all around experience - big multitiered sloping greens, tough rough, nice bunkering and every hole has it's own character

Beautiful little course. Classic Trent Jones design and in great shape. Finishing hole a little disappointing but really a nice golf course - especially for $24 on golf now - WOW!

Very interesting layout with vines and water coming into play often. Greens have several levels and lots of undulation so pay attention to pin placements. In very good shape - one of the best in Bay area dealing with drought related stress.

I agree with the latest reviews - very windy late in the afternoon until about 7 p.m.. Makes for tough conditions where you must add 2 clubs into the wind and subtract 2 with. Bunkers are just dirt.. Other courses are similar, but there is at least some sand to work with. Very difficult closing holes on the back nine where you must keep your composure in order not to make a big number. Good test of golf.

This is without a doubt the best course in the Bay area as far as the condition of the course. The drought has stressed numerous tracks in CA, but the greens, fairways, and teeboxes were immaculate. I don't know how they do it. I've played about 30 courses over the last 5 months - from TPC HardingPark to Hiddenbrooke to Half moon Bay Ocean course. At $29 on golf now for a 3:00 tee time, it can't be beat.

I have played this course many times over the last 20 years. It is what it is - beautiful views of the Golden Gate is worth the price of admission and the terrain makes it challenging shot making. The course is short so the hills and trees really shape the
Shots. I think the greens were in the best shape I've seen them in a long time - they just need a rolling and a cutting to make them putt true and with a little speed. Maybe they will do that more frequently once Summer starts.

this is one of my favorite golf courses in the twin cities area. You have a wonderfully maintained gold course - fairways, bunkers, and greens are all in wonderful shape. The layout is challenging but fair. I think anyone would enjoy this co urse, no matter what handicap they are. A real treat.

This is a lovely course with lots of diversion - woods, marsh, hills, and interesting holes throughout. Really a fun track to play. Greens were a bit bumpy after aeration, but all in all a very nice golf course.

Bombers delight on this track nestled in the cornfields of MN! Greens are severely sloped and impeccable - bring your a-game putting on these severely sloped large greens.

Just a great track. played 10/19/'13 and course was in great shape. the only negative was no sand in the bunkers but considering the time of year, that's understandable.
