Staff was really friendly and understanding. I screwed up my reservation and showed up a week early. The lady at the counter was really understanding and got me in on my time I miss booked. I am very thankful because my wife and I drove 40 miles. One way. The course played really well, greens were true and the change in elevation was challenging but playable. I highly recommend this course. The fairways were green and perfect. I never got the lady at the counters name, so if she reads this “ thank you so much”.

Overall good value. Course was real wet greens were a little to slow for me. Layout presented some challenges and caused you to be creative at times.
Coldwater Golf Club

Played at 615 am and played the round with minimal if any waiting. Highly recommend this course the greens rolled true and the fairways were lush. One thing was like most courses in AZ the traps were less than desirable. No sand. Overall I give it a 4.5

First time played. Course was in great condition and staff were polite and friendly. I will definitely put this in my Phoenix rotation.

Sundance Golf Club

Played today right after the rain last night and the course played really good. Greens were pretty fast and true. Front nine was pretty open and the the back nine closed in some but still very playable. Some holes did not need to hit a driver. Played from the tips and that made it very challenging. I am definitely playing this course again when in Phoenix.

Fairways and greens were beat up. Lot of dry grass n greens were real bumpy. They may have just been punched a week ago. No cart person but ample water jugs around the course.

Falcon Golf Club

Course was not well maintained. Lot of fallen trees n grass cuttings all over the course. Be ware of mosquitoes. If you are looking for cheap and almost fair conditions then not too bad. For a little more money you could play better in the Phoenix area.
