We love this course! It’s a fun and challenging course to play with an island par 3 to a few long par 5’s with dog legs! This course is in fantastic condition from the soft greens to the plush fairways and super friendly staff! So glad you’re back on Golf Now!

Played On 09/09/2016This place is a hidden gem!
My husband and I played here Friday, the course is in excellent condition. Our only complaint was the pace of play was very slow due to a small tournament that went off right before we went out. It was a very hot and humid day so waiting on the tee box for 10 mins on every hole watching the group of guys on the green putting like it was the Masters was not fun. We did pair up with another twosome who helped make the round more enjoyable. Janet one of the ladies we paired up with got a hole in one on the 14th hole and it made our day!!! Thank you Golfnow for a great deal!

Played On 08/20/2016Great value....
The course is in average condition like most courses this year due to the drought. We were paired up with a couple that plays here all the time which was great since we never played here before and there were some blind shots and trouble spots you need to know about in order to plan your shots (mostly on the back nine). The pace of play was perfect no issues at all and we played on beautiful Saturday at 11:00. It looks like they're working on making the course better some constructtion was happening around tee boxes and greens none of which slowed done play. We would definitely go back you can't beat the great deal you get from golfnow so it's well worth the drive!
Rockland Golf Course
Played On 08/07/2016A great course for the family or beginners...
Despite the lack of rain this course was in decent condition. The greens were in great shape! It's always busy here so expect slow play it's a family friendly course where you see a lot of fathers with their young kids playing. The course itself is somewhat challenging for a par 3. It's called Rockland for a reason it's very rocky there so don't be afraid to move your ball to a grassy spot it's not worth ruining your clubs.
Sandwich Hollows Golf Club
Played On 07/30/2016Extremely Slow play!!!!
On Saturday 7/30 my husband and I got a great golf now deal and drove down from Weymouth to play. We tee'd off behind two threesomes. No one was behind us. Right from the start the threesome in front of us was looking for their balls in the woods for 10-15 mins. By the fourth hole they had a whole hole open in front of them and they were still looking for their balls. At one point they were on the tee box drinking beer and laughing with the hole open! We finally teed off on the fourth hole (one and a half hours later) and when we reached the green the cart lady was joking with the threesome in front of us (on the 5th tee) about them having to buy her a beer and everyone else in the party. The slow play was caused by the threesome in front of us being over served and after four holes and they were already drunk! We start getting into our Cart heading to the fifth tee box when the cart lady pulls up and asked us if we want anything we also saw her after the first hole both times we said we were all set. She said I have to take your cooler. We both looked at her in surprise and said what? She said there are no coolers allowed on course. We had water and ice in our cooler, it was a hot day! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? We had water and ice in our cooler!! She said we can take everything out but we can't have our cooler!! So warm water on a hot day great. We had played there two weeks earlier and we did have beer that day, and on the 16th hole she said there's no glass bottles allowed on the course! That's it nothing about coolers!! So when she said she's taking our cooler we were already frustrated about the slow play that we decided to leave! WE WILL NEVER PLAY HERE AGAIN! There are so many better courses to play that don't care if you bring a cooler of water on the course!!! Thank you to Golfnow for refunded our money for the holes we didn't play!!
Weathervane Golf Club
Played On 06/26/2016Who aerates the greens at the end of June?
My husband and I have played this course several times over the past years since they became public. The conditions were always fantastic and the greens were great. We went Sunday and had no idea the greens were recently aerated, in June? The fairways were in rough shape and burnt in some areas. We were very disappointed with this course conditions. It's the first time this year we played here. We got out early which was a nice surprise the tee box was wide open 20 minutes before our tee time. No one behind us and a foursome in front that kepted up a good pace once we caught up to them. We made the turn around 2:00 and the breaks were put on. There was no starter out and 2 foursomes waiting to tee off along with the foursome that was in front of us making the turn. If we were only playing 9 holes it would of been fine but making the turn and waiting on each hole while another foursome is waiting to tee off is crazy! We took off after the 11th hole!!
North Hill Country Club
Played On 10/06/2014This course has character...
We played here on Monday it was a last minute tee time we booked through GolfNow, we never played here before. It's a nine hole course that starts out with a long par 5, then a long par 4 it's in great shape. The 200 and 100 yardage markers were flush with the fairway and hard to find the 150 markers are big white rocks which were helpful we didn't see any other yardage markers which makes it difficult on the long holes. The fairways are slanted and hilly so never playing here before made some holes challenging not knowing what was ahead. All in all we really liked this course and will definitely play it again.
Village Links Golf Club
Played On 8/11/2013This course is a great place for beginners, lots of short holes.
The course is well maintained, most tee boxes and greens were in good condition. It's a short course perfect for walkers, although the cart will provide you with some protection since the course is wide open with no shade and all the holes are very close together, lots of " fores" heard on this course.
Bay Pointe Country Club
Played On 8/3/2013This course has a true island hole...
The fairways are in great condition however some greens and tee boxes need attention. It's a hilly course with a lot of blind shots so if its your first time out it can be challenging. The club house is basically a huge bar with keno which was a big plus. The sandwiches were all good we really enjoyed our round. We will definitely go back.
Maplegate Country Club
Played On 7/27/2013This course is not worth $69 with cart...
The price we paid thru golf now was a great deal however we would never pay full price and most likely would never go back. The greens if you can call them that we're in terrible condition. It was like putting on dirt since there was bearly any grass on most of them. It was the same situation on the tee boxes. The yardage markers are nailed onto trees far in the woods you can barely spot them. This course could be a beautiful place to play if some money was put into it and for the price they charge it sb a pristine course.
Squirrel Run Country Club
Played On 04/27/2013The course is in good shape, well kept and pretty.
My only issue is that it's a family course and beginners and small children are allowed out before noon which results in slow play.
