This is not the first time I've played this course and every time I have the same complaint... Dry fairways. If you have to take a divot in the fairway or even 50 yards out your screwed. Ground is hard as a rock and only plays well a day after a rain fall. I've asked an employee about it once and was told the city of Mansfield doesn't let them water? I dunno. Still a fun course and the cart girl came around plenty of times. Will play again but only on a hot deal.

This is my second time playing this course and I absolutely love it. The fairways and greens were in fantastic shape. Fairway bunkers and greenside bunkers were perfect. The only gripe I have about this course is the staff attitude. Both times I played here the staff has been rude to me. I don't know if they have a problem with golfers who book using the hot deal on GolfNow or if they just don't like anyone under the age of 30, but they have been noticeably rude to me both times. I love the course so much that I can ignore the poor attitudes of the staff.
