Wolf at Las Vegas Paiute Golf Resort
Played On 07/12/2023A gem in the desert
The whole experience was above par from the greens, fairways, and the course in general. The condition of the grass was excellent for July and I would definitely play again!
Rustic Canyon Golf Course
Played On 02/05/2022Staff is horrible
A very challenging golf course that will test your putting skills with their tricky greens. HOWEVER, I recently come to find out that the staff have been treating their customers as second rate citizens. I even read a letter from the supposed GM that looked like a fourth grader wrote the response. The management should be ashamed of themselves but they won't since golf is so popular and they are busy. But eventually it will catch up the person treating the customer's so poorly. To bad I use to like this course.
Boulder Creek Golf Club - Coyote Run/Eldorado Valley
Played On 04/20/2022Pleasant experience!
Great course with the golf now deal ($40 per person). This was my first time with my son. The course was in great condition along with the weather. The golf carts now have GPS and is very accurate since I also had on 18 birdies to assist with the course. My only complaint would be the practice range balls (1 star) are like hitting ping pong balls. But, the practice facility is top notch and is 5 stars...
Sun Mountain at Las Vegas Paiute Golf Resort
Played On 03/26/2018Great layout and conditions
Played the sun course and it was in great shape. However, it was about 50 degrees with 20+ mph winds a howling. My son and I enjoyed the course but the weather conditions put a damper on the day.
Bear's Best Las Vegas
Played On 08/02/2017Have to play once
A very challenging layout that will have you a bit apprehensive of the tee. If you are a bit wild off the tee you will be in trouble. The course was in decent shape for the weather (106 degrees) but there were some spots on the greens that needed some attention. The fairways were in good shape and surprisingly there were a lot of dead spots in the rough. I made my tee time through golf now ($60 x 2; plus $35 for spectator) and it was a bit pricey for the time of day. I was able to play Spanish Trails for a better price ($38 x 2) and they gave my spectator a cart for free.
The practice facilities is very nice and is included in the green fees. The range is huge with minimal number of targets. I would suggest more targets between 120 and 200 yards.
Canyon/Lakes at Spanish Trail Country Club
Played On 08/01/2017109 degrees
The course is in nice shape for the heat (109 degrees) and the greens were rolling a decent speed. I was a bit apprehensive when on the practice green and some areas were dead. However, on the course I didn't see any dead spots on the greens. I purchased the tee time through golf now (38 × 2) and felt it was a pretty good deal for the course and the surroundings.
Los Robles Greens Golf Course
Played On 01/08/2017Great executive course
I started playing golf again (2016) as I took a 4 year sabbatical from the game. My son (12 years) wanted to start playing, so I began to look around for a good practice program which offered a good driving range and somewhat affordable. I found the Eagle club that is offered through Los Robles Greens that fits the bill. As we continued our practice routine, my son has graduated to playing on the course. We normally play after 2pm on the weekends for the discounts and we have enjoyed our times on the course. We have experienced a bit of slow play but we enjoy our time on the course. The course is in good shape and I really like the executive style course which is perfect for my son. The construction that transformed the course to a drought resistant course has been completed and I enjoy the new layout.
The staff in the club house and the restaurant are very professional and accommodating. Don’t miss out trying some food from the restaurant…
