Raining when I arrived at 1230 to tee off at one
Talked to the guy working in the pro shop
He said he wouldn’t go out because the storm was sitting right above the course
He said to call Golfnow and let them know
I started calling them from the parking lot
Never would answer the phone and said to leave a number and I should get a call back. That never happened until about 4 hours later at 430
Don’t have a problem with the golf course just Golfnow’s terrible service

Had a single in front of me that jumped around the foursome that was soooo slow and then I was behind them
They were sooo slow on the greens

I booked for 2 on this date thru Golfnow
My cost thru Golfnow was $44.98
The convenience fee of $4.98 was billed to my card and I showed a balance of $44.00 to be paid at the course When my partner and I got to the course I checked in at the pro shop and told the person at the register that I booked thru Golfnow. I was then told we owed $26 each I said that was a mistake. I was told that my booking didn't get me the rate I was expecting
The person in the pro shop told me I didn't understand the program and became very argumentative and when I told him we would pay the $26 because I was stuck with it he wouldn't let it rest
No customer service skills at all
The course was good, the staff at the snack bar was good. I left the pro shop in a very bad frame of mind- awful experience

Beautiful layout
Friendly staff
Overall condition of course was fair at best. Many areas were weedy and many burnt spots. Many bad spots on the greens where you should never have them

Held up by 2 woman that were never ready to hit
They would wait till the players ahead of them moved forward and then and only then would they get out or their cart
We're sorry your experience was hindered by slow play. We hope you will give us another try, as pace of play is not always an issue at Apollo Beach! We hope the rest of your round was enjoyable.
Ronald thank you so much for coming out. I am sorry you found the condition of the course not up to par. I wanted to let you know that this time of year we are trying to kill off as many weeds as possible. All those brown spot and burn spots are actually areas were we had weeds and are being killed. We are hopeful that in the next few weeks after those areas have grown in and you will notice a substantial improvement. We hope to see you out again soon.
