Country Club of Coral Springs
Played On 02/25/2018Great greens
Although I didn’t putt as well as I would have liked, it wasn’t because of the greens. They were beautiful. Narrow fairways made you focus your shots with water hazards on many holes especially the 18th which is a par 3 almost completely over water. The ball I played all day didn’t survive this one but only one of our foursome made it onto the green from the tee. Very enjoyable course.
East at Woodlands Country Club
Played On 02/16/2018Great greens
The course is in excellent shape, especially the greens. I’ll definitely play it again soon. Great value for Golf this time of year. Only negative was there wasn’t any cart person to serve drinks or snacks.
Oriole Golf Club
Played On 12/03/2017Excellent greens
The greens at Oriole are in excellent condition. I’ve played this course many times in the past 35 years and they are the best condition that I have ever seen. It was a beautiful day for golf. I’ll definitely be back to this course.
Palmer at Saddlebrook Golf & Tennis Resort
Played On 09/03/2017Muddy day
The Palmer course is a beautiful layout but unfortunately for us it was extremely wet from days of rain so it was cart path only all the way. Most shots hit and stuck at n fairway. Greens were true and surprisingly fast considering the conditions. I would play it again.
Crane's Bend at Orange Lake Resort
Played On 04/18/2017Beautiful Executive course
With two octogenarians playing with me, we were looking for a nice 9-hole course to play and this course was the right one. We enjoyed it very much. The first two holes were strange because of the way they were squeezed into the other amenities of the resort but after that the other 7 were less constricted. Number 8 is an island green (100 yards from front tees). There are 6 par threes and 3 par fours for par of 30. Very enjoyable!
