Extremely lush and beautiful fairways. Well maintained tee boxes. Greens are well maintaned but tend to be fast. Also, many of the greens are unusually shaped such that some pin placements make putting very difficult.

The course is challenging as always but more so on a very windy day. The tee boxes (copper) are somewhat firm, the fairways are well maintained but somewhat dryed out, and the greens are mostly in excellent condition. Overall a top course for any golfer to play.

A non-traditional desert setting,as if in the midwest with pine trees, this course is a respite from Phoenix area courses. The fairways are well maintained and the greens run true. The only ding is that some of the tee boxes are a bit hard.
Be warned: they have gone overboard with sand traps. Because of this, errant shots will be quickly penalized but does provide your challenge.

Otherwise above average course conditions were spoiled by putting surfaces that were not true rolling. This was possibly caused by less frequent mowing. Most fairways were well maintained and in good condition, although some possible overwatering (noticed at the end of the day) caused muddy balls when landing.

GPS indicated as provided but not present. Electric power carts were replaced with gasoline powered ones which are irritating. The starting/ending course configuration has been upgraded. Many of the greens are not smooth and have a chock-a-block surface. The tee boxes are extremely hard and need softening. Much of the fairways are very wide and well maintained and groomed.

Very playable and interesting challenges. Greens are not of the highest quality and many were slit-airated.

Tee boxes tend to the hard side. Fairways are well maintained but rough border is very unforgiving due to very long grass height. Greens are ball roll smooth are tend to be fast. Overall course is very playable although the par 3's are challenging in their length.
