Rhodes Ranch Country Club
Played On 08/30/2019Strange management
We booked on golf now hot deal and were not allowed to have a key for cart. We asked to move into shade and told no. However we followed a 5 some that cutin on 10th tee. . Told they had a long lunch. Tough part was they were sharing clubs. It was ok with marshall!!. Under 2 hours front nine and almost 3 hours on back . No body cared at course.
Canyon/Lakes at Spanish Trail Country Club
Played On 09/04/2018Play where the pros playef!!!
27 hole layout usually i ecvellent vondition. Course is fairly flat with generous fairways. Water in play on some holes with a few forced carries
Pace of play not a problem my onky complaint might be that after you book on golf now they add an extra $5.00 per person when you arrive. Seems tacky to me. They have a beautiful clubhouse with reasonable priced beverages and food.
Mountain Falls Golf Course
Played On 09/03/2018This is the oasis in the desert!!!
It is well worth the 45 minute drive from the strip. It has always been in great condition every time we have played. This trip we played 5 courses i LV and this one in Parumph. It was by far the best manicured of them all. The course has left and right doglegs and some carries over water and wasteland. Greens are big and quick. The staff is wonderful and you can have a steak dinner in the nice clubhouse after golf. Really fair pricing in the golf shop and they even gave my wife a 30% discount when she bought a shirt for her and me. Will play again next time for syre
Rhodes Ranch Country Club
Played On 08/31/2018last day before closing for overseeding
played the course a few times before. they had overbooked t times so was very crowded . greens were a little rough. fairways not in good condition. lots of dead spots. Good rule of thumb... call course before booking on line to find out about conditions. When course reopens it will be worth playing as it is a nice layout 20 minutes from strip.some carries over water and large undulating greens
Chimera Golf Club
Played On 08/31/2018great course 20 minutes from strip
course has elevation changes and doglegs with raised greens and some carries over water. most fairways fairly wide and greens are large and undulating. Pace is good with tee times not to tight. Clubhouse has good selection of food and a happy hour everyday.

Desperado/Diablo at Badlands Golf Club
Played On 03/30/2015Well worth the time
My wife and I have played all 3 nines more than once and it is a must play for us. Played the course from the blue tees and it is very fair. Scenic and challenging but enough fairway to keep it in play. Club house never has anyone in it but the staff has always been friendly and service is good. Make sure to get the course book if your not playing with someone that knows the course. My wife is a 18 handicap and never lost a ball in the whole round.
Boulder Creek Golf Club - Coyote Run/Eldorado Valley
Played On 03/28/2015worth the drive from the strip
The course has virtually no trees but is still challenging with the desert areas and the lightning fast greens. If its windy watch out. Holes are long enough from the blues to keep you interested and green were firm and around 10 for speed. Nice layout with a little bit of water and some gentle elevation changes. Walkable if your into it.
Golf Summerlin - Highland Falls Course
Played On 03/27/2015Nice walk generous fairways
This course was in excellent condition. My wife and I rode but it would be an easy walk. Gentle slopes and generous fairways make this a great course for a high handicapper that after being beat up at the casino wants a chance at redemption on the course. It was still fun for me as it lets you wind up and give it all on the wide fairways. Its always a good first course to play to get the cobwebs out.
