Fairways was in poor shape and the rough was rough. The greens was in good shape but slow. The cafe closed early on sunday, it was closed by 1pm

This course runs through the wash so it has some holes that is real tight and can be difficult too depending on your tee shot. The course was green and in good shape and you had to hit the fairways. I missed a few times and paid the price by being in the wash or the junk. The greens held and the ball rolled pretty good. Overall, It was a fun round of golf but you need to play the course a few times to see the layout. There was no beverage cart so make sure you get what you need before you start your round. Also, the pace of play was good too and the course wasn't crowded either. Will have to make time and play this course again.

We purchased our tee time from GolfNow but never was told about cart path only. The course just came out of overseeding and was nice and green but there was still several dry spots on the course. Also, they mowed the rough but the grass wasn't picked up or clear so it was tough to hit out of. The greens were nice and your ball rolled good. So it made it difficult being cart path only and we got a lot of walking in too. The course wasn't busy but the staff was nice and the cart lady too. Before I played this course again, I would check to see if it got the TLC it needs!

First off, they were behind on the tee times and did nothing to make up time. The course was in okay condition and the greens were hard and the rough was rough but what do you expect for $20. The course was packed and it was a 5 hour plus round. We were paired up and followed this 3 some that was a hole behind a 4 some of ladies and of course, no course marshall. So you had to wait after every shot and we ended quitting on the 15th hole. Pay a few extra bucks and go somewhere else..

I played this course by myself but got paired up with a couple and had a good time. The course was in good shape and the greens were pretty good but your ball rolled real well. The course had some dry spots but for the most part it looked good. There is some holes that go along the South Mountain and were very picture less but had a fun time playing this course. The staff was vary nice and the cart lady was nice too. Can't wait to get back to Phoenix and play the course again.

We played the desert side and it just came out of overseeding and there were still several dead spots on the course especially in the fairways. Besides all the dead spots, the course looked nice and the greens were in good shape. The ball rolled nice and the greens were holding pretty good. They no longer have a course marshal and the pace of play was extremely slow and the course didn't do nothing to pick up the pace of play.

It was a beautiful day for golf but the course was still real wet from the rain storm that hit the St George area earlier in the week. The greens were nice shape and the ball rolled real well. The rough was long and thick but not too bad. The course has some tough holes and without a GPS, your guessing the distance. I would play this course again.

The course was okay but they plugged the greens and they were long and slow. Plus there was a foursome that was older and was not going to let us play through..

It was a nice course and I liked the lay out but the the back 9 was closed. The close hard some real drys spots and there was areas that were really wet and your ball would all most plug when you hit those spots. There was no beverage cart service so you had to get your own drinks. I would like to play this course again but all 18 holes.

The Oasis Palmer just came out of over seeding and everything was green but the grass was long and the greens were really slow. We were with another twosome that was just slow and to make things worse, it was cart path only. Staff was okay but nothing to bragg about.

it was a little bit slow but it was a nice round of golf. the greens were slow but the course is getting ready to close for overseeding.

The course was okay but nothing to brag about. The grass was long and the green were okay but again it was summer time. Also, the pace of play was slow .

The course was in real nice condition but you needed to play attention to where you needed to hit your shots and the pin placements. The greens were slower than normal but the ball still rolled real nice, Also, the golf course did not honor the $49.00 residents rate from Golfnow, so we had to play $59.00 at the course..

The course was in great shape and the greens rolled real nice. Staff was very nice from valet to pro shop. I would play it again.

The course needs a lot of TLC. It was in horrible shapep but the greens were okay! Go down the street and play a few more bucks and play Los Lagos or El Rio. I would not recomend this course.
