Raptor Bay offers a challenging yet fair test of golf for any skill of golfer. One must be careful in choosing the proper tee when playing this course. If you adhere to this thought , the course affords an inviting test of your skills. The greens aren't exceptionally quick or difficult but roll precisely as a well conditioned course should. The uniqueness of this layout is the slope variations around the greens with ample waste bunkering abounding most holes.

The course is a good test of your golfing skills but user friendly as well. This makes the course enjoyable to play and complete in good time. The practice facilities are also impressive for pre-game preparation.

As usual, this course is very user friendly and the challenges are intensified, the further back you play. The condition is amazing and the greens rolled real well. It's always a pleasant day when I play Panther Run.

The design of this course makes slow play inevitable. The greens are quite challenging as well as the approaches to the greens. The bunkers are essentially all unplayable and the weeds are abundant.

It appears that this course was in poor condition and that attempts are being made to bring greens and fairways back to country club standards. The most impressive part of course was the huge clubhouse. The golf staff needs to be more cordial to guests.

Although we had a mid morning tee time, the course was running over ten minutes late in teeing off. They said there were 300 players that day and seven minute gaps between tee times creates a slow play scenario. The conditions have deteriorated since the last time I played the course a few weeks ago. I was unhappy having to play a five hour plus round that day!

The course was in good shape however the greens were a little slower than they usually are. The course plays quite fairly however the contour and typically fast greens add greatly to the challenge to score well. The course was pretty wide open however when it is busy, the rounds tend to be at least 4 and one half hours or more long.

I was pleasantly surprised at the condition of this brand new course. The greens rolled moderately fast and true. The bunkers were superb and the fairways and approaches were excellent. The course is very user friendly and the degree of difficulty depends on the tee you choose to play. There is a good balance of length to the golf holes and the par three holes are the most challenging.

The management needs to allow more times between starts to avoid the bottleneck that always happen on this course.

The golf holes were quite strange from a design perspective. The course played longer and more difficult than the scorecard indicates. The pin placements were almost exclusively place over tight bunkering with a rising slope on the greenside of the bunker thus making the shot to the green lengthier than the actual distance due to extra carry over the heightened bunker. Since the course was a little bizarre and difficult in nature, it took over 5 hours to play this course behind slow groups. There is no reason for a round to last this long!!!!!

We played this course on a weekend that was cool and very windy. The north couse played more difficult from the blue tees due to the forced carry on many holes. Sometimes, the water hazards were not clearly visible from the tee. Also, the design on several holes wasn't very eye appealing. The course was in good shape but the greens could roll a little quicker. Overall, not too bad a course.
