Par 72 - nice layout. 4 tee boxes- Champions , Normal, Seniors and Ladies.
Greens need some work. Fairways in good shape. Workers are nice. It gets crowded and the pace was a bit slow but that was probably due to the day being so nice. I would play again. Got a good deal on Golfnow.

Koko is a great place to play with different level players. The long hitters can hit from the Greeen, in the back - The older or novice players hit from the Grey in the front - 50 yard difference will really level the playing field. Water hazards, big sand traps. It was soo windy today the ball blew off my tee TWICE!

For this time of year, I would have expected the greens to be in great shape. They were very dry, burned spots, perhaps there is a blight of some sort. The greens were surprisingly slow for such bare greens. The fairways were in good shape. There were surprisingly multiple puddles. I don't know why the groundskeepers dont fill in these random low points - very easy to fix. You will wander through neighborhoods and cross multiple streets. There is very poor signage so pay very close attention and stay on cart paths - If it is your first time - I suggest staying close the foresome in front of you or else you can easily get lost.

Fun course. Never crowded, easy on/off. Staff is friendly. 3 par 3’s are easy from the white tees. Play from the black and you will need a long iron. Play the par 4’s from the blue tees and you will need accuracy or else u can get into trouble. Hole 6 and hole 9 are very challenging from the blues. If you can’t keep your drives straight, play them from the whites and you will be fine.
Best deals on GolfNow for 9 holes. I wish that they would give a better deal on 18 holes!

Staff is very friendly. Course is relatively Short so pace is generally quick. Greens are cut very close and appear to look bumpy, but are rather smooth. Cafe was CLOSED even though it was a holiday. Could not have a bite to eat., however, front desk staff will serve you a drink if you ask. Overall, a fun day.

The staff is very friendly. Course layout is excellent. Nice open fairways. Some challenging holes. Greens are slow but acceptable. A couple of water hazards are challenging. Good value.

It rained about 2 inches the day before we played. As a result, the sand traps were ponds. I lost about 1/2 dozen balls between sand trap ponds and hitting overflowing water hazards. Otherwize, the course is very picturesque. Greens are in great shape. Fairways also in great shape. The black tees are especially long. Lots of rolling hills. Best to play with someone who knows the course. The layout is a bit tricky. Distance between some holes is very long - GET A CART!
Refreshment cart came by 3x in the first 6 holes, but then disappeared. Could have used a refill on about hole 13! Bartender was very friendly.

Tight fairways, easy to get in trouble if you are not a very straight hitter.

Greens are in excellent shape. The cart paths are atrocious. They were recently re-done however done with composite instead of asphalt resulting in Inconsistency, and incomplete areas. Not smooth. I suggest driving on the grass
Bring a score card with a map because it is very difficult to logically drive from green to next Tee

I played 2 days in a row. 1st day I played with a senior. We played the white tees. Next day I played by myself Black tees-600 yards further.
Very wide fairways, very forgiving. Greens are in good shape.

Golfnow has great deals at Paradise Valley every time I visit Phoenix, which is about 6 times per year. PV always has at least one Hot Deal.

As of early April, the course is in good shape, The greens are a bit slow and some are a bit bumpy, but they play fine.

Its not a very long course, so I play the blue tees. I prefer longer courses, but this one is great for a player that can't hit 200 yds.

If you are a big hitter, Its nice to have the potential to hit a par 4 off the tee. Wouldn't it be awesome if you ACED a Par 4!!!

For the most part, Paradise Valley is rarely crowded, so pace has been quick.

Staff is friendly, and willing to help. On a 100 degree day last year, my parnery wasn't feeling well, so the guy at the desk gave him a bottle of water, put him on a chair and stuck a fan in front of him, and let us cool down in the office for over 30 mins. Great Customer Service!

You can't get into too much trouble on this course. The fairways are wide, and if you play smart, you can avoid just about all of the water hazards. The staff is very helpful. The cart folk are very accommodating and friendly. I left my sunglasses and they called me up (my contact info was in the case)! The practice green next to #1 has only 4 holes so its kinda crowded and small. It is next to the road, so don't try chipping onto it unless you plan to disturb traffic. Fairways are FAIR ways. Greens are in excellent shape - rather fast. When I booked, it included a free shot at $10k on hole 12 - GREAT IDEA. 170 yds but I didn't hit the green.

It was Friday at 11 AM and there was no one around. I played myself so I played the black tees which added approximately 20 to 50 yards per hole. The course was long but the greens were in great shape and even with the heavy rain we had a few days ago, the course was really well drained

Course was in good shape. The greens were being reseeded, and they were very bumpy and frustrating. Pace was slow due to a group of older females that were playing in front of us. 5 hrs for 18 holes. But, weather was perfect, fairways were in good shape. Electric golf carts are quiet and worked well. Course was moderately challenging. YOU NEED A GUIDE TO TAKE YOU FROM HOLE TO HOLE! Fortunately, I played with a regular. He drove us expertly from hole to hole - meandering thru housing development streets and back yards. I recommend the course, after the seeding is complete.

Greens were in excellent condition. Nice landscaping, and course design. Pace was slow due to a golf outing in front of us. Pro Mike was very personable. Note the course name did not come up on my Swing By Swing app. However, I was able to use it. I believe the course name on the app came up as Heritage.

They keep the course in excellent shape. The greens are well-maintained. The cart paths are practically unusable. The layout is very odd. Unless you’ve been there before is very difficult to navigate from green to the next tee. The staff is friendly and helpful. It is rarely crowded. It is a bit challenging with tight fairways. The average golfer should expect to lose some balls

Summer rate of $8 for 18 holes with a cart can't be beat. Nice course. Greens in great shape, despite 2 weeks of 100 + temps. Carts have ball cleaners, club cleaners, divot sand, and coolers with ice! Great course for the average golfer.

Pace was slow due to a fore some of octogenarians. Eventually, they let me play through.

Very cool, undulating fairways, elevated tee boxes, tiered bunkers, postage stamp greens. Blind fairways and greens.

No TURN! After the 9th hole, I was about 1/2 mike from the clubhouse.

The fairways and greens are in GREAT shape. The cart paths are pathetic - need lots of work.
I got there about 90 mins early to practice my putting and chipping - was told that I could only show up 30 mins before tee time - I had never heard that before. But, they let me practice so that was ok. Course was empty until the 4th hole - then a foursome of ladies slowed us up a bit. On the 9th hole, a group of 4 hacks cut in front of us and they were very slow - not the course's fault. The layout of the course is weird. The turn is between 8 and 9. You have to travel from the clubhouse, down the 9th hole if you want to play the back 9. Otherwise, very nice course. Would play again and would recommend a hot deal ($15 for 18 - vs $38 for twilight at 4pm)

This course is in rough shape. I played The front 9. The tea boxes are in poor condition. There are no cart paths. The fairways also need some TLC. The driving range does not contain their golf balls so there are numerous balls on the ninth fairway.

It's a good place to take a few extra shots because there aren't many people on the course at 9 AM
