Hi how are the greens on a scale of 1-10? Never played the course before

Thanks for playing at Kissimmee Bay. While the course may look dry, the discoloration is a result of a recent frost. Bermuda grass goes dormant during cold snaps . When the weather warms up the color comes back quickly. The color is already returning.

Thanks for taking the time to give us a review. You are correct on the restroom and we are working on getting that fixed as soon as possible. All of our teeboxes have been overseeded and are growing in, not sure why you would consider that bad...Our fairways are very clean, but they are dormant from the cold. We have full turf coverage on them and most golfers are very pleased with there condition. We have no bald greens. Not sure what your intentions were with this review but we would be happy to discuss in person on your next visit. The property has made major strides in the last few months and we would love to show you how much has been accomplished.
