First thing I noticed was how bad the carts looked. Started said they were soon to be replaced. Course conditions were avg. Pace of play was OK. Was playing with “HotDeal” otherwise would have been over priced in my opinion.

Challenging but fair. Tee to green in nice condition. Greens are a year or two old and have been patched so there are some rough positions on some of the greens. Pace of play was excellent. Nice scenery and on some days lots of wild life to be observed.

Boca Royale is in excellent condition tee thru green. Nice layout that I found fun to play. Greens are small but in great condition. Staff was welcoming and helpful.

Mingo Bottom is improving every year. Fairways and greens aren't quite pristine but they getting there. Plays long from white tees with some par 4's exceeding 400 yds. Very scenic and enjoyable layout. Staff is very friendly and their specials are great. Only negative I could relay is the golf carts were a little dirty and in need of some TLC.

Beautiful golf course located in a development. The homes and condos do not distract from the beauty however. Challenging layout. Friendly staff. Excellent practice facility. Good value if played out of season. Little pricey during peak season. Take lots of ammo if you're a hacker like me. Think I left at least a half dozen out there for the egg hunters to find. Still enjoyed playing it though.

Enjoyed playing this little course. Executive style with mostly par threes and a few par fours. Found the course conditions to be good and the pace of play was very good on the day we played. A windy day enhances the challenges of this course. All in all an enjoyable place to play.

Challenging to play as a first timer. Chose wrong tees, especially with wind conditions. As a senior 6000+ yds was way too much for an enjoyable experience. Course was in good condition with greens quick and consistent. Pace of play was very good considering difficulty of the course. Disappointed at availability of quick snack from food bar at the turn. No hot dogs or sandwiches readily available. Overall would give this course a 7 of 10 rating.
