We had 12:45 tee time...unfortunately our flight in was 2 hours late. We were 45 minutes late for our tee time. Golf course could not have been more unfriendly or accommodating. They told need to contact Golfnow to get money back. I even asked to pay for another tee time.
What a welcome to Cape Coral.
We played 9 holes at Magnolia Landing very nice and accomidating they could learn something from them !!!!
We are disappointed that you were not accommodated.. During my 13 year tenure I do not ever recall turning golfers away. If your tee time was paid thru Golf Now they would be the party to get a refund through. Usually those tee times are posted as verified purchasers. Please contact me personally and I'll be glad to discuss.

We played this course on our last of vacation and enjoyed it throughly. Great condition and layout. Very friendly staff.
We will be back next year.

Absolutely loved the course and facilities. If i were to pick a course to play in the area this would be it. Very playable will not beat you up. Course conditions were ideal for scoring only wish i had my "A" game.

The person answering the phone should attend a course in customer service. I have played this course for the last 10 years....Missed 1 tee time out of 30 can longer make a verbal tee time.
Plenty of competition out there try the Orchards, Greystone, or Stony Creek.

Course was in excellent shape. The only thing I could suggest would be yardage makers..perhaps the Kirby system.
The women handling our bags and setting up our carts did an excellent job. She is quite the worker also handling the driving range. You have a great employee.

We played with the Group Golfer $35 that is the rate the course should be charging till the green come around. The weekend rate of $55 for those greens don't waste your money...bumpidy bumpidy bounce

Greens are a problem although there is a issue a most courses this year. A Saturday afternoon 18 holes water jugs are all empty no cart girl to be found, I called from course and they said we are working on it. Cart girl came by on the 18th hole.
Another example why government run anything never works.
