The Club at Los Rios
Played On 06/07/2017Are there Greens?
First two holes had temporary greens. Staff never let me know. Staff asked if it was my first time playing. I advised it was. Then when got to non-temporary greens, couldn't tell the difference. Course was hard and as if no water except what mother nature provides. Horrible condition. Only saving grace was the $18 twilight fees.
Twin Creeks Golf Course
Played On 06/04/2017Average Course
The greens had quite a few Sandy patches on them. However some greens were perfectly smooth and puttable. I played on a day in which it rained significantly the day before, thus it was wet but not overly wet. The bunkers all had puddles in them which is expected after the amount of rain that we had received.
Crescent Pointe Golf Club
Played On 6/12/2013Challenging, but very playable
The round started off by the started providing the most detail I have ever had about a course. The group I was with, all teed off on the Blue Tees. After we had teed off, the started advised that we may enjoy the course better from the White Tees (5 different Tee Levels). He was so correct. Not much difference in length, but just enough. The course was in great shape. Water comes into play on a lot of holes. However, the fairways are fair and provide a good landing area. The greens do not have a lot of change in shape, but do provide challenges. The day I played this course, it had rained considerably the night before, thus, the bunkers were still wet and firm from the rains. However, by the end of the round, the bunkers had dried considerably and were fluffy sand which was a good challenge.
I also played their sister course, Eagle Pointe. This course was not in as good of shape as Crescent Pointe. However, the greens at Eagle Pointe were much harder.
