I have played the Lakeview course for years and have enjoyed it very much but this year the course conditions seem to have deteriorated. The greens were in good shape but the fairways and areas around the fairways were dried out and bare in spots. And there were very few specials this year price-wise.

As a senior on a fixed income, I searched out other courses and played there instead of Lakeview. Sort of doesn't make sense to me, course conditions aren't as well maintained and then you charge more money?

The course has a great layout and has challenging holes with bunkers and water getting in the way on occasion. Has quite a few dog-legs to make it interesting and a very good price for a Friday.

The course layout seemed to have all the par 4s look alike. Fairways needed help.

The course was in very good condition and not having been there before, I was surprised that the course was a shorter course (5388) from the long tees. Even though the course is short it is challenging with narrow fairways in the front 9 and sand bunkers around almost every green. The course was very busy and our tee time was late due to the course not having enough golf carts for everyone who booked. Seems to be a problem encountered by some of the courses here in the valley this year.

The course was run down on the front nine. Fairways need to be watered and bunkers need sand. Grass growing in some of them. Back nine was in better shape than front. Course is good for warming up to other better maintained courses. The grounds coming in around the club house are very nice.

It is a beautiful golf course. Not many flat spots to stand on the fairway and greens are similar with very few straight lines to the cup. Nonetheless, the course is challenging yet not very difficult. A course evryone should play to enjoy the game and companionship away from work.

We found the course very scenic and quick to play. The bunkers were brutal. Very deep and the sand was heavy. Not easy to get the ball up and out of the six foot walls. Staff were very friendly but the course will not be on our recommended ones to play in Coachella Valley.
