The fairways weren't cut -- too soon after opening from the reseeding. There was no roll at all on tee shots. The layout is perfect for elderly players -- its Sun City after all. Very reasonable fees -- the canteen was closed however.

Play here a fair amount. Unusually windy day. Course is well laid out and challenging. Only criticism is the food is overpriced for the quality and the turf is spotty in some areas, especially on the back nine. Pro shop staff great.

Played mid week afternoon. The course itself (fairways, greens) in great shape. The cart paths are dirt paths and the dust kicks up -- but nice elevations.

The clubhouse is slightly nicer than the course Roy McAvoy taught at in Tin Cup.

Nice day -- wide open course, finished in 3 hours. I live on the 11th so I'm familiar with the layout. Winter grass took nicely.

The GPS is spotty -- it finally worked on the third cart exchange, but everything else great.

No clubhouse to speak of an limited facilities may turn off female players. This course is as good at those 3 times the price for the golf experience.

They aereated the greens Monday and the site didn't have an advisory that the course was under repair. May as well have left putter home. Wouldn't have booked had I known that.
