I was paired up with a young man as a 2 ball. The starter told us another 2 ball had teed off about 30 before us so we should not have any problems. He also said he would see us out on the course later. We caught up with the group ahead of us on the fourth hole and had to wait on every shot after that. It looked like one of them was giving the other one lessons on every tee. Several times we arrived at the tee before they both had hit and they never offered to let us play through. I know this is not course’s fault that they didn’t offer to let us play through but there should have been a marshal on the course helping with pace of play. The only time we saw a marshal was when he rode by and said hello after we had hit our tee shots on 17. All of this led to just over a 5 hour round.
I was disappointed in the condition of the fairways. The grass was rather thin on most of them.

I knew I was in trouble when the attendant at the bag drop asked if I was part of the tournament. I told him no, my time was 1:15 and he said that is the first time after it. He assured me pace of play would not be a problem since they had marshals on the course to make sure everyone maintained a 4 hour and 15 minute pace. After the second hole, my foursome waited on the threesome in front of us for every shot. On the tenth hole we asked the young lady on the beverage cart to send a marshal to see us, but that never happened. Thirty minutes later, after we had played one more hole, my playing partner saw a marshal on another hole and went over and talked to him. We told him it had taken just over 3 hours to play 11 holes. and his reply was sorry but I can't do anything about it and if you don't want to continue at this pace, I suggest you quit. We returned to the pro shop and were told since we had booked through Golfnow, they would not issue a rain check or a refund. If you want to play this course I strongly suggest you make sure they do not have a tournament scheduled for that day.

Great course, great valve. Course was in excellent condition in spite on a lot of recent rain. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Will play this one again.

I played this course about the same time last year and really enjoyed it, so it was on my list to play again this year. I was disappointed in the condition of the course. The fairways were spotty and the greens were very slow. I spoke with the green superintendent and he said he had just taken over the course in Aug. or Sept. and was working very hard to get it back in good shape. Hopefully he will be able to and it will be a great course again.

This is a good course and a great value. I have played it several times and enjoyed it very much. The only problem I have is it seems every time I play this course it is very windy. There are a few holes that the wind makes very challenging.

The greens were a little slow but other than that the course was in excellent condition. The pace of play was right at 4 hours and very enjoyable. I highly recommend this course and will play it again.

There was a select shot tournament that had the whole course slowed down. The marshall came around a couple of time and said play should speed up after finished but it never did not. It is a very nice course in very good condition but 5 hours took a lot of the fun out of it.

After the starter made a speech about a marshal being on course to monitor the pace of play, I was very disappointed that we only saw him twice and had to wait for every shot. The second group ahead of us was 3 holes behind at the turn and it only got worse. It was so bad, the group ahead of us quit after 15 holes.
