Great course - excellent service.
You pull up in the parking lot and an attendant drives up in your cart and loads your bag. Buckets of free golf balls await you at the driving range, the practice sand trap and the practice green. The course itself was very good. Greens were in excellent shape. The rough was a sort of dry moss, ( not just the tall green grass that I'm used to). I played two other courses in the area and feel this was the best.
Dunham Hills Golf Club
Played On 07/17/2014Like a well manicured park
Not many water hazards, a few sand bunkers, but lots of trees. There was very little high rough. It was almost impossible to lose a ball. The greens were quite challenging. The whole course was very park-like. The course and the excellent weather made for a very enjoyable day.
North at Maple Lane Golf Club
Played On 9/05/2013Not laid out well.
It seems as if they tried to cram in so many holes onto a given plot of land. There are four eighteen hole courses at Maple Lane. All the fairways are parallel and next to each other with a row of trees appdividing them. Very few bunkers, no rough, no water. No imagination. Also, it appeared golfers were playing holes willy-nilly. On the 15th hole, a twosome majically appeared in front of us. Not recommended.
Cedar Glen Golf Club
Played On 7/25/2013Great course. Totally unexpected.
This is in a rural area. I expected a large farm turned into a golf course. Instead - I drove up to a beautiful clubhouse. The staff was super friendly. The course is very well maintained, and the greens are perfect.
Myth Golf & Banquet - Regulation Course
Played On 05/30/2013Short course needs work on the greens.
I played the par 3 executive course. The greens were in bad shape - lots of bare spots. Cart paths were not marked. I didn't know where the next tee was. It was, however, challenging.
