good course to sharpen up short game. greens have plenty of slope to keep it interesting.

hillcrest was always a favorite course of mine. great track and pleasant surroundings. Just hoping the new ownership spruces up all the neglected areas and gets all the many dead areas revived with new grass or even artificial turf if applicable. AND-would be wonderful to have designated cart paths re-implemented throughout the course. it used to hold the Senior Tour Championship back in the day-would love to see it back to those conditions!

fun day, good weather, good company, fun little course with desert highlights and some transitions.

greens were great, pace of play great, weather great.....couldnt ask for any better.

many greens were trimmed down around pin too much where it made the surface putting on compressed earth and minimual grass mix fustrating.. rest of the greens, fringes and aprons in fine shape.....

course in pretty good shape considering 115-118 degree heat. greens were in really good shape, fairways mostly pretty good-some brown areas but to be expected. Tee boxes 50/50...some good some in rough shape. overall a good track for fun and practice.

all was good-I was a single that joined a threesome. great bunch of guys. course in good shape in all aspects except the bunkers. most were sandless with hardpan and gravel. 4.5 hr round.....4some ahead of us was in no hurry and seemed floundering around fairways going back and forth; unorganized within each cart. could have easily hit a 4 hr round if they were behind us. nonetheless, we had a good day with great weather and company.

course, staff and amenities all great. pace of play was slow due to tournament in progress prior to tee time. didn't finish round-too dark by the 15th hole. would be considerate of course to let patrons and golfnow know when booking tee times whether a tournament is scheduled for the day...

course in very good shape for being 1 week from overseeding. was surprised to learn upon check in that our tee time from golfnow hotdeal was part of a shotgun format. no mention of that thru golfnow reservations. luckily, we made it around the course in 4 hrs. even. would have been upset if it would have been a 4 1/2 to 5 hour round which we have experienced before with shotgun formats. all good today.

course always in great shape. amenities top notch. staff and service excellent. never been let down in the 25 years visiting Los Caballeros.

Everything was great yesterday with 1 exception: course allowing 5 somes. It just slows down play too much. Slow enough with walkers; add 5 somes to the mix and there becomes "no pace of play."

Had a 1243 tee time prepaid on golfnow. Upon check in, reservation couldn't be found. After some keen research, it was found but not posted in their system for some reason. Guys were very helpful and took care of the confusion quickly. Thanks for making it go smoothly! We actually were able to get out early due to the mishap and were on our own as a twosome. Worked out GREAT. Finished in 3 hours, had a great day and the course was in very good condition; especially the greens. Thanks to the staff!

course was in great shape. nice to see green grass alongside the fairways vs. dried out, browned out grass like most courses do this time of year.

such a shame to see this course in so poor condition, cart paths tore up, mud in fairways, dirt patches everywhere, tee boxes sparsely. greens in good shape for the most part. took 2 3/4 hrs for front nine playing as a 2some...par 3 third hole backed up 3 groups....waited on every tee box and second shot...no tempo could be found....went home at the turn. looked like girls high school tournament in progress that backed the whole course up.
historic course in sun city west-home of the senior open-sure wish it could return to its greatness once again.

We haven't been out to WR since the end of 2015-they really have built up the amenities.....reminds me of DC ranch style and atmosphere. Everything was better than we could have wished for.
