I played this course in the winter and it was in really good condition. Returned in the summer and it was outstanding! Loved the layout and the greens are exceptional. The view of Three Mile Island is a little unnerving! Highly recommend!

I've played West Winds several times every year for the past four years and it is usually in pretty good condition. I was surprised this past weekend as the greens were not in good shape and the fairways also were not up to par. Hopefully they will improve this month but I was disappointed.

Definitely some challenging holes but the layout is great with a variety of holes that keep things interesting. Most people get in trouble on 17 because they hit too far but if playing from the back tees, swing away.

Greens have very subtle break so your initial reads might be wrong.

I've played Clustered Spires several times and it is always in great condition. Greens are consistent and rest of course is in good shape.

Masonboro always plays tough but it's a great course. One of two holes on the front should be made int par 5s - numbers 4 and 9 to make this a par 72, but no other complaints. Be warned, there are no water stations on the course. This can be a big issue in the NC heat!
