Las Colinas Golf Club
Played On 09/06/2021Slow
They pair a single with a 3 some only to be followed by a father and son twosome followed by another twosome. This is why it’s so slow. No rangers to help with pace of plays. I love the course but can’t waste all day to play 18.
Las Colinas Golf Club
Played On 06/04/2018Best conditions in the area
My wife and I play a number of courses in the SE valley and Las Colinas has consistently been the one with the best conditions this spring/summer. We played on the first week of June and it was still in good shape - especially the greens. Starting to get burnt out in a few areas, and well off the fairway they don't try to keep the grass (but you shouldn't be hitting it there).
Snow Mountain at Las Vegas Paiute Golf Resort
Played On 05/14/2017Fun Pete Dye
I have played 2 of the 3 courses out here and caddied for my wife on the other. I have also played a few Pete Dye courses and normally I hate them but these 3 I love.
Very playable without excessive mounds or railway ties. A thoughtful design with his usually trick the eyes, hide bunkers, mounded green complexes.
Green speeds matched the conditions which was very windy. Everyone we have talked to said it is usually windy out there so expect that.
Staff was very friendly with an exception or two. Pace of play was great, but it was 20-30 MPH winds and Mother's day so not a lot of golfers.
Definitely recommend to friends and family.
