Fairways and greens were in excellent shape. I wish the roughs had grass like they used to. They are now dirt because carts have worn down the grass that was there a decade ago.

The course is in good shape in the fairways and on the greens, but there are so many worn out areas just off the fairways that if you don't keep it in the fairway, you are going to have a horrible lie. And there are thousands of gophers and gopher holes on the course. Spend a little money and make it a great course instead of average.
