It was a rainy Saturday morning in Blue Springs. We just took a chance that there would be a 4 hour break. The club house staff was great, encouraging us that we would be good and we were. The greens were excellent, the layout very old fashion, tree lined fairways. We got the round in nicely in between a few drops. Highly recommend this course and it's fine folks that work there.

Winterstone never let's me down. Staff is great. Price was unbelievable $22.00. Course still in winter condition but coming around nicely.

Very enjoyable round. Expensive considering that the driving range is closed on Tuesday. Course in great condition.

Courst is in great shape. It helps to have played before due to the hills and valley's. One of the best values in the desert.

Golf course in great condition. Did not like the fealing of being in a construction area. Played with a nice couple from NOCAL and played from the forward tees. From th short yardage still was a nice challenge.

Wonderful experience from the valet to the pro shop to the grill and the course was not bad either. Pairedwith a very nice tthree some from Chicago. The day I played we had almost no wind.

After a full summer of golf the course is still in very nice condition.

WOW what a course!! Way to hard for me but I loved trying. No grasses out of place, layout is terrific. One possible complaint is the 80 yd par 3 with everything falling off the front was a bit on the "windmill" side of things. With that said you can not play a better course than this.

Great public course. All the amenities, not sure on the BarBQue at the 10th hole. All the grasses were great (I am sounding like a broken record after playing 17 courses in the valley over the last 20 days). They had challenging holes and holes that could be had. I would play it again in a heartbeat.

Really nice place. Watch that breakfast sandwich it is a load I did not know they made croissant that big. The grasses were excellent the staff was very out going. The starter might have been the best in the valley. I am not sure on the rakeless bunkers, that was new to me. Course had plenty of challenges but I understand the Firecliff has even more.

Great experience at PGA West. I could not imagine if they still had the bush eating bushes still out there. The starter said they took the bushes out a few years ago and found 30,000 balls. Pete Dye did not need them to make this a challenge. Superb condition, great service and nice scenery.

What a track. All the grasses were outstanding. The staff could not have been better. Wandering through and around the mountains was outstanding and actually to difficult for me but still real enjoyable.

This place was great. A nice combination of challenging holes to easy. I played the Indian and Mountain 9's. The greens were true. Course is marked nicely, easy to find distances. Played in under 4 hours because we went off at 8:00 am on a Saturday. The restaurant is a must, great service and food.

This the 9th course I have played in the Cochella Valley and this is the first one that needs help. The golf cart had broken parts. It was windy (15-20 mph) but no wind in La Quinta, there is a reason that this course is next to a wind farm. 3 holes the greens were terribly unfair. 2 of my partners had long putts that ended up in the water. They were not bad putts but the greens were mowed way to close for the wind that the course has. The layout is good but they need to maintain it.

A little trouble finding the course because the 2 courses are not located in the same place in fact they are a mile or 2 apart. We ended up playing the Player course which was fine. Course in great shape. A real nice course for the hacker I am.

I have never played this type of course design. The layout was consumed with grass bunkers. The side grass of the bunkers was doormat but the bottoms were green and very narlly. The greens were perfect. GPS was top of the line. At $125.00 it is worth it.

Good course, mostly open, nice pace of play. Greens were in great shape. Dangerous golf cart intersection on main road. Nice people all over the course. Little GPS was helpful.
