Arizona Grand was a fun course and well worth the price compared to other courses around. The first couple of holes don't give you a great first impression because they are along the highway, but after that, it is a solid test of golf and the back 9 is great. And without giving too much away, the 18th hole is one of the best views I have ever witnessed on a finishing hole. The starter and cart attendants were great. The course was in pretty good shape and the greens rolled true leading to plenty of one-putts.

I had heard great things about Oyster Reef and man did it live up to expectations. I have had the chance to play several courses on Hilton Head Island and this one did not disappoint. There are a lot of challenges on this course, but also a lot of opportunities to score. It is the type of course that if I had some course knowledge, would probably have scored about four strokes better. With that said, the course was in near perfect shape with greens that rolled true. The staff was helpful and courteous. My family and I vacation on Hilton Head every summer and this is definitely a course I would play again.

For the price, The Hooch is a good value. It is also a good course for younger or less experienced golfers. For golfers with a single-digit handicap, I think they will find it rather easy. I have a 9.4 handicap and shot 70 on this par 61 course, playing ok, but not great. Overall, I would definitely play again for the same price ($32) or less.

Is River Falls Plantation going to be hosting a U.S. Open anytime soon, no, but for the very affordable rates and course conditions, you can't beat it. I took my father-in-law and brother-in-law out to play on a Saturday afternoon. They are novices at best, but still had a lot of fun on an easy course. I was able to take advantage of some well positioned tee boxes and rather flat greens to score well. Although overall rather easy, still some difficult holes and course knowledge is key. It was my first time playing the course and I could easily take a few strokes off my round next time with what I know now. For the price, would play again in a heartbeat. The only thing I would like to see is the fairways cut down a little more. I hit some really nice tee shots into the middle of the fairways and didn't have the best lie just because they were kind of fluffy.
