going down hill
This course has been on a steady decline over the last two years. Over-watered in some areas are straight up dead. Most of the course is poorly kept. You can tell have tried and the drought is one thing but this course is poorly managed when it comes to course conditions. Oh, and the sand traps are either pools or concrete. Don't even try to hit out of them.

Beautiful
Course condition was excellent. Had to bend down and touch the putting green to make sure it wasn't fake. The course continued to feelings, did not see one weed in the fairways or greens.
